Liberty training can do many different things for horses such as help build confidence in a nervous or introverted horse, help a horse become more focused and more mentally balanced, or spark a deep connection between horse and rider. Watching horses perform at liberty is often described as magical!

Caeli Cavanagh is currently head trainer at Red Feather Icelandics in Trout Lake, Washington where she trains Icelandic competition horses. She graduated with high honors from Iceland’s premier equine university, Holar. Caeli hails from Tunbridge, Vermont. Google her on Facebook and YouTube.
